I placed a wooden Pillar by accident and there does not seem to be any way to desconstruct / cut down / remove it in any way.. actually same for the rest of the wall i have built, you can remove the log walls if you misplace them, but you cant deconstruct the others?? One way to tell is when you go into the room the temp changes. If its hot it will get cooler. If its cold outside it will get warmer. If your not sure just wait till its obviously hot or cold and go into a house. You'll see the temp change.
